在陸運會初賽日（十月九日）有關惡劣天氣的安排事宜
若果教育局在上午六時前，因應八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告，或紅色或黑色暴雨警告等惡劣天氣，宣布全日停課，學生無須到運動場或回校上課。
若果教育局沒有宣佈停課，而天文台發出的三號熱帶氣旋警告或黃色暴雨警告，在上午六時正在生效，學生應直接回校上課，上課循環週日將設定為第四日(Day 4)。
至於若果教育局沒有宣佈停課，而又發生上述以外的惡劣天氣情況，如一號熱帶氣旋警告或雷暴警告，學生應先行前往運動場報到，再按照學校在陸運會賽事上的調動安排進行各項比賽。

If the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before 6:00 am and the Education Bureau thus announces that classes of all schools are to be suspended, students do not have to go to the Sports Ground or School.
If the Education Bureau does not announce the suspension of classes and the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or Amber Rainstorm Warning is in effect at 6:00 am, students should go back to STGSS as usual school days. The cycle day will be Day 4.
In case that the Education Bureau does not announce the suspension of classes and there are other inclement weather conditions such as Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 1 or Thunderstorm Warning, students should go to the Sports Ground for roll call and follow the latest arrangement made by the school regarding the events of the Athletic Meet.
