Leadership Training Workshop

Our school ECA committee and Healthy School Program, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Children and Youth Services, orchestrated an engaging leadership training workshop aimed at empowering our student leaders, including house captains, club chairpersons, and ECA ambassadors.

The workshop featured a variety of dynamic activities, starting with team-building exercises that encouraged collaboration and communication. In one highlight, students participated in trust-building games, where they worked together, holding hands to navigate challenges, fostering connections and teamwork skills.

As the day progressed, participants faced individual challenges, including high-ropes activities that tested their courage and resilience. Images captured moments of students scaling suspended platforms, supported by their peers, showcasing how they pushed their limits and overcame fears. The supportive environment enabled them to build confidence as they cheered each other on, embodying the essence of unity.

In another memorable challenge, students collaborated to stack crates, creating a tower while ensuring their teammates’ safety. This activity not only nurtured their problem-solving skills but also reinforced the importance of trust and cooperation. The visual documentation of this struggle and triumph beautifully illustrates how they learned to rely on each other while navigating various heights and fears.

By the end of the workshop, participants emerged not only equipped with practical leadership skills but also with lasting friendships and a sense of accomplishment. The experiences shared during these activities allowed our school leaders to embrace leadership with renewed energy and commitment, ready to inspire their peers in the upcoming school year.
