English Club “The 3.5th Wave Mini-Gig”

On an overcast, typhoon signal no.3 morning of 23 Oct 2020, the English Club staged their first mini-gig of the year “The 3.5th wave” squeezed into the two 15-minute recess periods, playing live music in the central garden area. The name was given to celebrate every back-to-school day available after the third wave of virus and before the fourth wave attacks any moment. Five students, Cherry Tsui (6D), Judy Yam (6D), Fishh Kong (5D), Rex Ng (6D) and Ally Ng (6A) performed six English pop songs: When I was your man (Bruno Mars), 2002 (Anne-Marie), Let It Go (Idina Menzel), Kids are alright (Tate McRae), You are the reason (Calum Scott) and Lose (Niki).
