STGSS Morning Jog for a Healthy Lifestyle

To echo with the School Major Concern to promote our well-being to lead us a healthy lifestyle, the Physical Education Department conducted 5 sessions of morning jogs in November and December 2022. On the first day, a total of 100 students joined. All the participants stayed energetic throughout their jog. Some teachers joined us for the refreshing exercise. Needless to say, it’s a relaxing time to run around Shing Mun River early in the morning and breathed in the fresh air. Hopefully, more students will develop a good habit of taking care of their well-being and stay healthy as the quote said, ‘Wellness is a connection of paths: knowledge and action’ by Joshua Holtz.
