備註﹕所有成功遞交申請的學生將獲邀請出席面試，面試通知書將於2026年3月4日（星期三）寄出。
Remarks: All students who have successfully submitted an application will be invited to attend an interview. Interview letters will be mailed on 4 March 2026 (Wednesday).
個人資料收集聲明﹕
申請表格所收集的資料，將用以辦理中一自行分配學位事宜。本校可能會把這些資料向教育局披露，用以處理學位分配或其他教育有關的事宜。申請人必須在本表格提供個人資料。如提供的資料不足，本校可能無法處理有關申請。申請人如欲查詢有關中一自行分配學位申請表格所收集的個人資料，包括查閱及改正資料，應書面向本校校長提出。
Personal Information Collection Statement:
The personal data provided by means of our S1 Discretionary Places Application form will be used for processing application for S1 DP. They may be disclosed to the Education Bureau for school places allocation or other educational purposes. The provision of personal data by means of the S1 DP form is obligatory. If an applicant does not provide sufficient information, the school may not be able to process the application. The applicant has the right to request access or correction of his/her personal data in light of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Request for access to or correction of personal data should be made in writing to our Principal at 11-17 Man Lai Road, Shatin, N.T.
