PTA Annual General Meeting cum Parents’ Day

The Annual General Meeting of the Parents-Teachers’ Association cum Parents’ Day was held successfully on 7th October 2011. Before the start of AGM, Careers Committee had organized a Workshop on the S1 Study Skills and a Talk for the 2011-2012 NSS Curriculum Structure inside the school hall.
After the talks, the Chairman of the 2010-2011 PTA, Mrs. LO LIANG Yuk-lin, gave the annual report and the financial report during the meeting. She also thanked teachers and parents for their support in running those activities and looked forward to parents’ active participation in the coming year.
It was then followed by our Principal, Mr. Chow announced the election results of the 13th Executive Committee of PTA and the Parent Representative for the School Management Committee. Dr. LAI Hok-ming was elected the Parent Representative for 2011-2012.
After the AGM, the S1-S3 parents had a valuable opportunity to meet their children’s class teachers and the new committee members of PTA had their first meeting in the school to discuss this year’s activities and home-school cooperation plans.
For the S4-S7 parents’ meeting with the principal, Mr. Chow shared with the parents about the 2011-2012 JUPAS application procedures, local university entrance requirements and the NSS curriculum structure design.
