A Day of Achievement: Learning Celebration 2026
On May 15, our school community gathered for a spectacular Learning Celebration, honoring students’ hard work and diverse learning outcomes. The campus was electric, featuring high-level presentations, interactive challenges, and impressive work displays.
Spotlighting Student Talent
The stage highlighted the depth of student inquiry, creativity, and service:
- Performances & Oratory: A beautiful opening by the Western Orchestra, expressive movements from the Chinese Dance team, and a captivating speech by our English Speaking representative.
- Project-Based Learning (PBL): Insightful S1, S2, and S3 PBL findings demonstrating complex problem-solving.
- Service & Growth: Presentations on the Social Services Project, MJ2 Project, and Careers.
- Global & Digital Awareness: A Positive Values Video and a detailed CSD Tour Presentation.
Outstanding Work Displays
Students proudly showcased their academic creativity and innovation through brilliant exhibits:
- Art Installations & Book Reports: Vibrant visual art pieces alongside insightful, analytical literary reflections.
- Sustainable City Models: Innovative, eco-friendly architectural designs tackling modern environmental challenges.
- Water Rockets: High-flying physics projects demonstrating practical STEM and aerodynamics skills.
Interactive Learning
The playground transformed into a bustling hub of student-managed game booths:
- Academic Clubs: Engaging activities hosted by the Chinese, English, Mathematics, and Science Clubs.
- Student Leadership: Interactive booths organized by the Air Cadet Corp, Sports Union, and Student Peer Counsellors.
Sweet Success in the Garden
As a reward for their hard work, students enjoyed a midday ice cream truck treat in the garden—strengthening school spirit over a few scoops and celebrating significant milestones together.
